Right, tariffs/trade war and every single Trump policy is inflationary. Sure the US "economy" (manipulation) will get a nice rally for a few months, but the global economy, especially Japan, China and the EU, will struggle.. interest will have to go lower...which will impact the dollar and US Treasury holdings ...end of 2025 will see chaos in the markets

I think all yields from 2+year bonds were up a lot today. The auto and mortgage industry were falling faster these increases in yields will accelerate us closer to the point of 'acceptance' of being in a recession. 21:40 Gold reached my 2792 target. After Trump's victory last time there was a 2 year correction. On an Andrew's pitchfork, there are potential corrections to 2450 or 2100.
2450 is on the table but its not going to 2100. Re-inflation won't let it. The Gold continuous contract /SPX index just recently had a golden cross on the weekly.

I think long term - at least 2 to 3 years away - that type of policy will be good for America, but markets are literally pricing it like it will happen tomorrow and there won't be any downside during the times of job cuts and hardship that Musk mentioned - his words not mine.

I think all yields from 2+year bonds were up a lot today. The auto and mortgage industry were falling faster these increases in yields will accelerate us closer to the point of 'acceptance' of being in a recession. How the heck can people feel like spending when they are already tapped out or one foot off the cliff already?

2450 is on the table but its not going to 2100. Re-inflation won't let it. The Gold continuous contract /SPX index just recently had a golden cross on the weekly.

David, why didn't you ask this bullish trader about that as he waxed lyrical about all the great things Elon Musk will do? I think long term - at least 2 to 3 years away - that type of policy will be good for America, but markets are literally pricing it like it will happen tomorrow and there won't be any downside during the times of job cuts and hardship that Musk mentioned - his words not mine.
