NEVER Buy These Types Of Homes

Being in Real Estate for almost 20 years I've seen some things. If I'm honest, its jaded me a bit and to be honest, I would never buy these types of homes I share in this video. I shouldn't say never, but I would definitely have to think twice. Make sure you watch til the end - I'll share one I WOULD buy but everyone else seems to think it's a negative!
