I think the issue is that she’s mixing in that bucket. I would mix in a round-bottomed bowl, or in the big pan she used to cook the noodles, then transfer the finished mix to the bucket.

I love macaroni salad but just with onion, caraway seeds and celery seeds,.tomato and sweet relish and a little bit of vegan mayo.👍No greek yogurt or celery.
