Hi Renu. That would depend. You might be rolling your fondant too thin or too thick, that can cause your fondant to break or tear when applied in cake. I hope this helps :-)

My fondant would break when applying on cake should I be using any binder like cmc? Any advice would be appreciated 🙏

Where did you get the font from for the 40?
I use Procreate for my fonts.
What size boarder did you use
I used 10” cake board. :-)
