Better to get the fish out of the boxes and bags rather than make a video
It's frustrating because I'd LOVE to see the fish more clearly, definitive sizing, all the good stuff!! Buuuuut those fish have been in bags, in boxes, sloshed around all over the place! They need to get them out, get them into quarantine tanks ASAP.

what is considered a standard percentage loss of fish in a shipment? I know the goal is always zero, but the reality is different. Post shipment and acclimation, what is acceptable loss percentage? As a business you should have this figured out and compensated for so i am curious.
