It is an addon. RCLootCouncil. All your raiders must download it and they skip automaticaly for rolls. Then the raid leader/officers/any moderator selected by RL can vote who should receive each item.

Yeah I didn't know what to do doublelusting on execute, I think best way to go should be use fireball but maintaining the 3 improved scorch stacks.
