I've just discovered your videos and I'm so pleased I have. Around 3 months ago I lost a bunny through illness and have found myself trying to rebond my rabbit Walnut with new companion (hopefully), Nectar. It was 6 years ago when I last bonded my bunnies and honestly, it was the easiest bond ever. Now however I'm finding myself with a much tricker bond. I have had to delay the proper bonding sessions due to the new bunny, Nectar, suffering from a heavy worm burden and my 8 ½ year old bunny, Walnut just not being quite right as well as there having been some aggression between them. Your videos have given me a little more confidence to persevere. We have now entered autumn in the UK so I'm hoping the cooler weather with reduce hormone levels and things will become much smoother. Thank you for your videos. Ps, I was so sad to watch your video after you lost Bunmi. I sadly couldn't watch it all as I was welling up.
Great video. We all did the same when we first had the bunnies. I'm happy to say that after a year of training and watching all different videos I learned what was wrong and right and now my bunny free roams and sleeps at the end of my bed every night, she has a litter box in my room and one in the living room with her bowl of water. She has an abundance of good dust-free timothy hay and has her plate of greens every morning and 1/8 of pellets during lunchtime spread over so she can forage for them. Keep doing what you're doing! your videos are very informative and I appreciate a good bunny mom like you!! ❤️❤️
I would not call it mistakes. You trieded and it did not work perfectly. That's the challenge of caring for pets and makes the difference of having a doll. Love your videos und you helped me a lot! Grettings from germany :)
Completely agree!! We all go through the same trial and errors 😄 I think you should keep the videos up as they are still very informative, and maybe just add a pinned comment and edit in the description including the link to this video? 💕
the background grooming while talking about bonding was just so cute. But yes thank you for coming forward and addressing mistakes or new things you've learned.
Love your videos and I have also made some mistakes throughout taking care of my bunny but we are all learning new things everyday and Bunmi and Turbo is so cute 🥰
Do you think you can make a video on like a schedule of when you feed them and what you feed them through their daily diet or does anyone know a channel that has that video? Like in order, for me so my buns can be super healthy and safe!!
I live in Australia and most UA-camrs for rabbits aren’t from here I was so delighted to find I love your content it’s helped me so much through my rabbit journey
I'm so glad that they are enjoying veggies. Re a bigger litter box, do you still put a screen between bunny feet and the litter? I want to get a big box for my buns but they dig the litter if without a screen (I use those plastic white ones from kmart cat litter boxes, it seems you had it too. and I lay straw hay below the oaten hay so their feet don't directly touch the screen and poops don't stuck in all the little grids), I'd love to find a screen big enough and don't hurt their feet so they can share a big box
I’ve loved your videos and your bonding videos have helped me have hope for my two bunnies that seemed like they would never get along. Because of some of the tips you have mine are very close to being bonded finally. Don’t remove those videos please. Even if you changed your mind or learned some new information on some stuff they are still so helpful and give those of us trying to bond bunnies some hope. I really was about to give up with mine until I saw your videos and they gave me hope that we could do it!
I’d love to watch your future vid about their greens! I have a bun with a VERY sensitive gut and she’s very prone to gi stasis. Bc of that we rarely give her veggies bc her stomach can’t handle a large quantity of it. Im interested in introducing veggies to her again
How you keep your bed and couch clean? My bunny often left little “gifts” in my bed (she is free roaming in my room) and I don’t know what to do to stop her doing that
Oh yeah, if they are getting an assortment of fresh greens every day you're doing it wrong. What do you think rabbits eat in the wild? Our bunny gets varied greens all the time, micro green mixes, spinach, different lettuces - no iceberg, green/red leaf, gem/butter/boston, etc. cilantro and mint all the time as they're his two favorite things, baby bok choy, etc. Only odd thing is he's really not into hay, he eats more hay pellets than actual hay and we've tried every kind of hay from several different brands and he's just 'Meh' about it.
We all make mistakes and its important to own them, i'm especially glad to hear that they are getting greens again daily, that video scared me off of your channel to be honest

I think it's very cool of you to do this kind of video as an update/correction video.
never ending 'rabbit' hole, good one!

I don’t think they were wrong really, the information is still amazing and worth keeping up!

I have no doubt in a couple more years, things could change again haha. All we can do is try our best for them ❤️🐰

I always read good hay should be green, idk if hay where you live is different
How often do you give veggies now? Daily? Ta
