Deffo smells help I bought a lot of candles over the last couple of weeks it's weird about smells bought a big vanilla bean candle from tk mass smelt like Christmas cookies then got apple honey omg made me hungry but lifted my mood then got boots Yankee candle box burning red apple wreath amazing my new favourite smell is idols intended wear a scoot before bed so I'm sorted for candles for a while
So - my dad had cancer last year and everytime my dad my dad has pain now we have a heart dropping stress. Over the past week my dad was in crippling back pain. I was desperate to help him. Dr Teals charcoal soak for a super deep detoxing bath and Yogi brand peppermint vanilla tea. I was expecting to not like the tea much since plain peppermint is my favorite, but it’s just a nice warm addition to it. Right before bed those two things together make for the best night sleep. Is there a place I can find the first vitamins you were talking about? Valerian? I take melatonin to calm down before bed as I get anxiety at night, but it gives me such odd dreams and sometimes nightmares so I’m looking for something else.

I have an FYI comment that I just wanted to share. My veterinarian cautioned me against too much scent ‘stuff’ in my home. She said some candles, diffusers or essential oil can make my cats sick (dogs too) Please don’t come for me. I am not trying to be negative or anything I just wanted to share what I was told in case someone’s furbaby is sick or acting weird it might be something in the house.

You mention the water boil for candles and all the wax going to the top. We use the last but of wax I our electric wax melter so we can all we can out of it smell wise. Than whe it dosent smell anymore we pour it out into a jar(kinda like grease) and put it in the garbage. But thought I'd share that as candles can be quite pricey and we all deserve every ounce of the great smells. Lol

I definitely need to get my hands on the Dr. Teals bath salts. I feel the stress of my job all the time and baths are fantastic. That would just add to bath experience. Also, I love the Ouai body gel. Have you tried the Davines one??? So good!
I recommend saving as they definitely last quite awhile so it is worth the spend, but it all depends where you live. Onyx and Rose here in the states is amazing and some other reputable dispensaries sell CBD tinctures for recreational use that are also phenomenal (some ship and others do not so definitely take a peek around!) The Wildflower balm is LEGIT! Best CBD balm I have ever used and I ordered it when you mentioned it on another video/blog. I got the regular (not cooling) one and it’s fairly cooling itself, so if the cooling is out I recommend the regular to try. I am probably going to order way more so I am never out.
I don't know if this will help, but I've found that dandelion tea is good for helping with water weight! There's a lot of info online about it if you are interested!

Dr Teals charcoal soak for a super deep detoxing bath and Yogi brand peppermint vanilla tea. I was expecting to not like the tea much since plain peppermint is my favorite, but it’s just a nice warm addition to it. Right before bed those two things together make for the best night sleep.
Is there a place I can find the first vitamins you were talking about? Valerian? I take melatonin to calm down before bed as I get anxiety at night, but it gives me such odd dreams and sometimes nightmares so I’m looking for something else.

I have an FYI comment that I just wanted to share. My veterinarian cautioned me against too much scent ‘stuff’ in my home. She said some candles, diffusers or essential oil can make my cats sick (dogs too) Please don’t come for me. I am not trying to be negative or anything I just wanted to share what I was told in case someone’s furbaby is sick or acting weird it might be something in the house.

You mention the water boil for candles and all the wax going to the top. We use the last but of wax I our electric wax melter so we can all we can out of it smell wise. Than whe it dosent smell anymore we pour it out into a jar(kinda like grease) and put it in the garbage. But thought I'd share that as candles can be quite pricey and we all deserve every ounce of the great smells. Lol

I recommend saving as they definitely last quite awhile so it is worth the spend, but it all depends where you live. Onyx and Rose here in the states is amazing and some other reputable dispensaries sell CBD tinctures for recreational use that are also phenomenal (some ship and others do not so definitely take a peek around!) The Wildflower balm is LEGIT! Best CBD balm I have ever used and I ordered it when you mentioned it on another video/blog. I got the regular (not cooling) one and it’s fairly cooling itself, so if the cooling is out I recommend the regular to try. I am probably going to order way more so I am never out.
