this tutorial is unclear, it doesnt explain how to do the keyframe parts and when i move it it just stays as it is and doesnt move when i play the animation

It's prob because you didint select that keyframe here is what u have to do:
1:choose whatever u wanna move
2:click on move and transforme (bottom left)
3:add a keyframe (also known as the diamond) at the begining of where u want it to start the add another one where you want the mouvment to end after that put the line that shows you the time (bottom a bit up) on the last keyframe the one that shows the end of the action and move the flag to wherever u want it to move then enjoy hope this helps

click on the vector drawing where the time scale is and there are three buttons on top, click on the one in the middle and the drawing will split into 2 parts, click on the second half and create more points where needed.
