Thanks for all your tips. One thing I do when making a "pav" is to turn it upside down onto the serving plate. This way the crust stays crispy and all that yummy cream and fruit melds with the marshmallow in the middle. My mother and grandmother did it this way and it works every time.

Gemma, try the Filipino version of this Sans Rival cake and the bite sized Sylvanas. Essentially a pavlova mixed with cashews. So so good

i kove a good pavlova. i used your easy icecream recipe, but put it in my blender, and oh my glob, best i have ever eaten. i also make my own condensed milk. easy.

Thanks for all your tips. One thing I do when making a "pav" is to turn it upside down onto the serving plate. This way the crust stays crispy and all that yummy cream and fruit melds with the marshmallow in the middle. My mother and grandmother did it this way and it works every time.
