This band is refreshing. So many death metal bands right now seem like they'd rather focus on being technical than just writing good music. Torture Killer keeps it nice and simple and hits it out of the fucking park.

I've tried Amazon and iTunes and neither has it, or at least they didn't 3 months ago. Now that you've mentioned it, I'm going to check again and if they don't have it now, I'm just going to download it. :( Fucking hate having to do that.

This mcd is awesome, you can smell the respect for old-school stuff here. I especially like the lead guitars. TKs smaller releases are better than full albums. I had to buy the Sotajumala split on 7´ because it rules: Day of Cadavers and Defieled and Dead, 2 excellent song is good, no unnecessary tracks like TKs full albums have.
I like this more than for maggots to devour. This has more influenced from the 90´s scene. Also the succumb to dark cover is a great bonus. I really hope they get to studio soon, they have had some problems with singers.

The opening riff almost seemed like they we're heading towards more traditional finnish dm sound, something like Funbre, Demilich, Demigod and moer freshly Stench of Decay are playing. But it seems that this is a case of "shop as ususal" Like the bands I mentioned earlier, Torture Killer slays!

about barnes.. i think his voice is pretty much the same. the difference is that now he tries to be understood (i like the brutal death style so the change doesnt affect me). and about dimmu, yes, they have changed. now theyre more symphonic but the quality is just so good..
