This is exactly what I needed: A system given by a successful professional in his area. Thank you! Here are my notes:
-Determine the level of stakes: High, low, no stakes
-No stakes(Details; daily non-important decisions): Flip a coin or whittle down to 2 choices
-Low stakes (Consequences; you'll forget it in a few weeks): Outsource to a person, set some basic criteria, select someone to present a recommendation, and then take their advice
    -High stakes (Long-term implication):
    -First set Principles:
1-Set your criteria and most important things to you
2-Gather facts: Research data about all options
3-Remember the FOBO: Maybe all are right--there's no best option
    -Second, begin the process:
    1-Identify a front-runner based on your intuition
2-Compare each option head to head one by one
3-Eliminate options and don't return to them

Interestingly, I find making high stakes decisions EASIER because I adopt a logical mindset and have a gameplan. When it comes to low or no stakes, I now realize I have to adopt a similar mindset because I waste far too much time trying to make a decision about what to do with my spare time. I appreciate the insight and believe I found this video when I was ready to acknowledge the issue and make the change needed to move forward. Cheers!

Watching what series to watch is not no stakes! It's a commitment to dozens, sometimes hundreds of hours of your life! Don't waste time by thinking you wasting time what series to watch!

My wife suffers fro FOBO terribly, and I was hoping for more than this video gave. Nothing here would convince her that those low or no impact choices really ARE low or no. She sees them as important, even though I explain much of what this presenter did.
Assigning more importance than things deserve is the heart of the issue.

My wife too. She spends a lot of time to buy a gift for her brother's baby. I mean, it's a baby. I told her just choose 3, and finally choose 1 and never look back. Go straight to the cashier. That ruins her day.

"no matter what you pick, the consequences are basically non-existant" yet what the majority picks will affect you greatly. Always consider where and how your food / clothes are made. Always consider how services you use respect people's freedom and privacy. Overcoming fear of better options by ignoring them doesn't sound right.

Approaching in three types is a fantastic way to break down "stress" and decision paralysis, plenty of good advice around the video. Thank you for sharing
One point I disagree is that time is your most valuable resource, saying that picking a correct programme to entertain yourself is a "No stake" low value / speed decision, in my view, it is wrong. There are thousands of shows that add 0 value or pleasure to me, I am an overthinker and want something that provides some value. (e.g. if I watch "adult" cartoons I do it in my 3rd and 4th languages to practice, if I look at an historical movie has to be based on a book from an historian, of course it could be sometimes they cheesy easy to follow plots, a documentary has to have quality for example Netlfix docs tend to be very superficial/biased and tasteless, etc.). if I followed this advice I will be diving through an endless spiral of watch 15 minutes, drop change to other, repeat X times. Instead, I put 30-60 minutes (a month? a week?) looking for classic cinema, top movies, movies based on books, add them to a list and then go through the list with a "No stake" decision making.

    - categorizing decisions as
    - no-stake
    - outsource them
    - flip a coin
    - low-stake
    - outsource to a person with basic criteria
    - high-stake
    - gather relevant facts
    - choose the one by instinct
    - then compare it to the rest of the options one by one
    - gather a group of people to give you advice

I am interested in what you exposed, especially in setting decisions to take into 3 categories, to make easier the process of deciding. Also appreciated choosing as a reference the most intuitive option and then start comparison 2 by 2.
As a suggestion, you could have made some short pauses, or use tone inflections of voice, to delimit the phases in your expose.
