Subliminals are also not real because there is no scientific backing behind them actually changing your appearance in any way. The only way to do that is getting plastic surgery. The difference between being trans and being RCTA is the fact that trans people have always existed in some form or another (just look up transgender history on Wikipedia). However, RCTA is very new, and people back then did not do this kind of stuff. It's frankly disrespectful to the trans community and our struggles.
