I have seen so many videos in which college students can't even answer correctly a simple addition problem like 85+25. Healthcare can go both ways. If you have health insurance in Philippines or the money you can get top notch healthcare. If you didn't know a lot of US citizens travel to Philippines for healthcare issues especially those from Hawaii or Guam. Here in Texas just to get a rabies shot for a person that is not insured it is about $1,500 or PHP90,000 or if you are insured it is $600 or PHP 35,000....... The most important part is she now have the best of both world and more option. It does not mean either one is better than the other because when it comes down to it, it all depends on what the individual person is willing to accomplish and if they want to work for it.
