Now why should this be different for the (aspiring) President of the US, being an employee of the people, and why would they as (potential) employers not want to make sure and verify whether he is or is going to do a good job? In companies, the selection process is called vetting and often mandatory.

There is a development in FL right now where they built the houses to withstand these storms and solar and other methods mean they don't depend on any grid.
