@@tatumergo3931 hi, that's because this is Savate Assaut. For full contact do search Savate Pre Combat and Savate Combat. (Both of these require the contestants to have prior experience in Savate Assaut.)
On a l'impression que dans ce sport aussi, comme dans le karaté contact, le "LIGHT" a pris le pas sur le "Hard". J'ai connu autrefois des rencontres autrement plus "dures".
@@tatumergo3931 Combat sports lose their soul! The "light" gradually replaces the "hard". The fearful replaces the courageous. We forget endurance, we can't stand blows and injuries anymore, yes, you're right, these "sports" have become "fitness" hobbies.
@@tatumergo3931 remora exocet 's right, "assaut" in french boxing means technical sparring NOT sparring, there's pure sparring combat too in french boxing , the blows are given and it hit hard
@@tatumergo3931 @tatum ergo you score like normal sparring ( except k.o) if it hits , i don't think making contest like that will damage the art, of course doing only technical sparring doesn't make you a fighter, but it teach-maintain : stance/distance/ movement notion without having broken bones in one sparring session especially if you're beginner. I 've started french boxing last september , but even in "assaut" sometimes , i've took some hit on head, chest , rib (broken), it was not "light", it depend in front of which person you practice, i just think that booing at event like that is a waste of time, i 'm not considering this as a threat since there's a ton of french boxing combat event in my country.
Good camera work.
Quelqu'un connais le titre et l'auteur de la musique d'intro s'il vous plait?
Belle discipline👍

c'est parce que c'est une compétition d'assaut pas de combat.
