7:30 blew my mind! First, a manna press to dislocate, then another, then a high manna dislocate to HS, that is INSANE!!!! I'm sure the crowd doesn't truly appreciate just how freaking hard that is. I don't know anyone else in the world that can do it! Massive respect:D
***** Agreed. I've watched gymnastics in the Olympics all my life and I can say with confidence that no one man or woman has ever done anything resembling what Arevik does. Just flat out incredible. It would be pretty fascinating to do what she does on 2 hands, but to do it on one...mind boggling.
@@ChumX100 Yes but I wanted to say that the Chinese woman's performance in the other video was better than that video he sent. Because she turned and went to an L-sit position quickly. In the other presentation, she didn't do that.

@Mary I wouldn't say it's the same movement, as she uses momentum for the transition. Arevik's rendition is almost static, relying more on strength.

If I remember correctly, when she was training with her coach Yuri, she could stay on her hands for 45 minutes, switching from one hand to the other.
