Lol Yes it is normal in some situations, especially with low external sounds to cancel I think 🤔. But if the environment is loudy maybe sound cancelling is a good option
Hi, I use the 3.5mm audio jack cable, but it seems the microphone is not working, do I need to change the cable with 3 rings? or should I buy the cable that include external mic?

They sound a bit muddy to me cause i also have soundcore liberty 3 pro and they are so amazing.. hard to compare and compete for any other headphones. But still i enjoy a lot listening to the Q20i and i like the sound mode "acoustic" the most. Bass boosted mode is much too heavy for me but some songs on low volume lvl sound nice with this mode. They now have 3 colors, black, white and dark blue. I have blue ones. Thank you a lot, take care:)))
I'm glad you found the video helpful! The Q20i can be a bit different from the Liberty 3 Pro, but it's awesome that you're enjoying the acoustic mode. Color choice is always fun too-blue is a great pick!

After looking into this a bit the Q10i seems like the Bangadesh version of the USA Q20i just with different styling but pretty much same features.

So the 3.5mm audio cable disables the microphones and other features, these features are only available when using the BT
