With a Philips Master Son-T pia Pia Plus 150 or 250W would be very good and an electronic ballast would be much better not to waste energy for no reason, this is an old ballast
Induction ballast are more heavy duty for street lighting and good one had small losses like only 10W, but with durability as bit unlike Philips ballasts, because these BSN have majority malfunction with winding shorts what cause rise lamp current, overheat ballast and burn out (older BSNs wihout thermal fuse like to catch in flames), also philips ignitors had tend to fall and sometimes also killing ballasts. In my opinion one of durable ballasts are our Elgo production ones, Tridonic/atlas and Helvar
If you have spare parts in stock, you should make use of them. It’s not always easy, though, as they need to fit with the existing holes in the metal, etc. You have to maintain the fixtures as long as possible until they’re replaced with LED
New ballast kit, better than switching to leds I Love HID bulbs
