Recipe:
¾ Lb. Ground Beef
½ Lb. Ground Pork
1 TB Freshly chopped parsley
1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
2 Egg, beaten
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
½ Cup Milk
1 ½ tsp Salt and ⅛ tsp. Pepper
Mix all ingredients together and form into 12 meatballs. Heat 4 TB vegetable oil in a large frying pan and add half the meatballs. Cook on one side until well browned, and then turn and finish cooking through. Repeat with remaining meatballs.
