I never imagined playing any of Vicente's songs as they are way over my head, but with your tutorial I am getting closer, once I can stop crying when I play it, I will get better! Thank you so so much xx
This was the first piece which brought me into flamenco and I remember I learnt this beautiful piece from this tutorial a year ago I'm grateful Ramzi...keep up your works!
I love your channel. I've decided to pick up my guitar again after years and finally got a capo, and this is the first piece I'm gonna learn with a capo. I've been obsessed with this song for such a long time, and I've made it my goal to have this down by end of summer. Thank you for all your videos.
Hi, this is the best video and lesson. I've looked at various other videos out there, and I don't think anyone notices the index strum (rasgueado) that Vicente Amigo does. You're the only one. very good job! Thank you!
Excellent tutorial, thoroughly presenting all the complexities of the fingerwork included in this beautiful composition. Your insistence on the details is remarkable. Keep up with the good work.
I didn't see your videos before. I am a mad fan of Vicente and just got hold of Tierra a few days ago. Loved the entire album deeply. Only Roma was something that I thought I could try to play. Looked up for some tabs and came across this. Thank you very much! You play good too!
thank you so much for sharing this with us and providing the tabs as well. many of us may have the technical ability to play but just might lack the know-how to figure out the details of the piece. it's a great help. thanks again.
Hi Ramzi. I hope you are well. I used to speak to you on a flamenco forum - which I came off. I am glad to find you on UA-cam. I like the sound of your blanca. Very good method of teaching.
Ramzi, Thanks for this great instructional video. when I saw Vicente play the original, it seemed beyond me to play this great song, but you make it seem simple and I look forward to learning it..
Este tema lo he querido tocar por años desde que lo escuche pero no me atrevía porque no soy guitarrista de Flamenco, pero tratare de hacer mi versión con estos acordes, gracias por el tutorial, excelente
RAMZI... thanks for the tutorial on the music Roma by Vicente Amigo... After this tutorial Vicente does a live performance of this particular piece and it puts your tutelage into perspective. thank you so much!!!! I have some homework to do so I'm going to have to let you go. Njoi and thanks again.😎🎼🎶🎵🎶🎵🎵🎸
Dear Ramzi thank you for this very instructif lesson with so many nice details. I wonder if Vicente is aware of what he does, it seems all so natural and intuitif. You are a fantastic teacher and player, thank you so much.
Hi Thank you very much for this practical training you gave, I just suggest that in every part you teach the left hand and then show the right hand in the corresponding part, it would be better, but I must say that you are the best. Mohammad from Iran
You are right about the constant one finger rasguedo. But I think it is played not after but before. In fact the rasguedo plays the important two melody notes that is part of the main tune.
@@rombsix interesting, I left my comment 9 years ago and you just commented a year ago. By then perhaps your video was changed so you are not getting what I meant. Your comment is very rude - may be in 9 years you got a few subscribers and accumulated a bunch of rudeness as well with it?
Hi Ramzi! I went to see Vicente live recently and I started getting back into his pieces. I have to say this is the best Roma tutorial ever. I'm very curious also about what setup you use for recording, because I think it's very true to the sound of that guitar. You play amazing, Awesome job!
Thanks, brother :) In this video, I was using an MXL .009 USB microphone about 12 inches from the bridge going into Adobe Audition with just mild EQ, reverb, compression, and normalization.
Hi Ramzi, 1st of all I'm a big fan and I really appreciate your talent and that you share it with us and even make awesome tutorials. I was wondering if you can re-make río de la seda..It's always better when you talk during the tutorial and give tips and tricks to make it sound like the original. Again thank you so much for this tutorial, you are awesome bro.
can you make an instructive video for the guitar in in the song "Cinco Toreros" by Diego Carrasco, I've always wanted to learn it but I can't find tabs, and Ben woods plays to fast for me to his finger placement!
Glad you like this one better - I agree LOL - the first version was not very accurate (it was done very quickly right after the original came out). The sheet music / tab is in the video description (scroll all the way down).
I never imagined playing any of Vicente's songs as they are way over my head, but with your tutorial I am getting closer, once I can stop crying when I play it, I will get better! Thank you so so much xx
