I am completely agree with the number one tip. The culture of western countries are different and could say opposit of the culture that we grew up. People who come from our country have barrier to communicate with Western people, because of the shyness and culture that we brought from our country. As you have said on your explanation if someone has confidental eye contact toward someone, that shows the person is rude or disrespectful. In the other hand, in these countries that shows you are confidental enough and respectful. So this is the difficulties that we are expreincing now. For instance, If you are on college or some where professtional enviroments, we always get struggle to involve and feel little bit left out. What is more, without knowing this we will not get what we need. However, according Equality Act 2010 professtionals have role to know the clients background in order to delivery their message properly, as we are multiculture .What I mean also, we do not need to scare or stress ourselve.
