Awesome, if you're ever in Oklahoma City area give me a ride in the GT500. I had a Shelby Cobra like the actual Shelby Cobra about 20 years ago and it was scary fast but your GT500 looks like it would give my old motorcycle a run for the money. It's hard to tell. My motorcycle would run low 10s and the guy that sold it to me ran high 9s.

I actually just brought my '13 GT to the track on Saturday for the first time (and first time ever doing a pass) and it was fun. Sadly I only got to run it once because I went faster than the time for wearing a helmet. I was pretty nervous about how my tires would react on the track so I only went a little over half throttle and ran a 13.5 @102mph. My tires gripped very well and when I get me a helmet I'll be going full throttle next time. Also got to see Birdman when I was there and that dude is awesome and his car is stupid fast.

3:50 I started a weight reduction process myself. I'm down 35lbs and building a ton of muscle. My wife asked what my motivation was behind the lifestyle change and I told her it was so my mustang would go faster. LOL
