Shiko just addressed the very important issue that was going on in the whatapp group this morning regarding three people (two ladies and one guy) who were misleading others regarding the consent letter & sole custody letter for single parents. They were saying that the consular is human and that u can just go and explain by word of mouth without documents. Aky waliniudhi na hiyo ujinga & still majority were agreeing with them....Thank you Mummy Shiko for calling out bitter people who do not want others to succeed. ❤️

Hello shiko, I've really waited to hear more about the folks who applied for the DV lottery and got selected, their documentations were in order, and in one way or another they have not received interview appointments due to a limited time, what happens to them? I've been seated patiently waiting for 48mins to hear it but with no lack. Is there a recourse through which the consular can be petitioned through litigation of some sort to have the selectees given an opportunity? I read a story somewhere over the internet of some Kenyan lots who had applied during the pandemic and the fiscal year for DV was coming to a close and had some competent immigration lawyers who helped to argue their case and they were served. How I wish you could help in expounding on this.

Not possible in Kenya,you are either divorced,or ( unless under Sheria law where Muslim are allowed to marry more than one wife)
