Well, I can say the two characters have something in common, they murder weird things that are better off in the Fiery Depths, except one of them Guns down everything, the other pops them like a balloon.

I WAS JUST THINKING OF THIS GAME this was really bothering me... "what was that game where you could shoot left and right... it was kinda like sector Z... and somebody at the beginning said 'help me!' or something?" this and solar warrior were bugging the hell out of me.
@@uhhh_adam Sorry if I sound rude... it's just that I was making a joke about the fact that the character in my profile was from the arcade game digdug and was connonly the ex husband to the main character in this game...
Just played it through today. Used a cheat and still couldn't figure out how to beat that stupid ass final boss. With no indication of how much damage you have dealt, how can you even know you are doing it right? Badly made, that last level... Back in the day I could have lamented my wasted coins...
No, I'm saying that's the Japanese Version's Name. And if you're wondering about the sequel, Bakutotsu Kijuutei is the game's only title because it's Japan-Exclusive
Samus: I’m the first playable female protagonist in a game!
Masayo: Allow me to introduce myself then.
You're right
Every masterpiece (Baraduke) has its cheap copy (Metroid).
Ms. Pac-Man: "Am I a joke to you?"
The ending says "you are a brave man"
It's Masuyo
Well that is interesting news about her predating Samus. I had no idea.
She also married Dig Dug. That ended badly though.
@@ReverendSyn how bad was it?
@@ShosuCeladon They both have an appointment but Taizo from Dig Dug screw up. So they broke up.

Looks like this game pulled a Samus Aran before Metroid.
You really do learn something everyday
In the crazy canon of the Namco universe, the protagonist of this game is the wife of Dig Dug and the mother of Mr. Driller.
Is... This actually real? Like, I've seen it in some fanart but is this official?
@@ZBreezee-nb2rl Yes it's official. A lot of the Namco lore is revealed in the Mr. Driller games.
Well, I can say the two characters have something in common, they murder weird things that are better off in the Fiery Depths, except one of them Guns down everything, the other pops them like a balloon.
@@ZBreezee-nb2rl yeah, but they ended up getting a divorce.

This game scared me back when I was a kid.
2:06 Huh, Namco sure took Pac-Man in an interesting direction in the mid 80s...
Yup
Actually, those are creatures known as Bagann
@Hamikon I know that too
I'm your FRIEND.

this was really bothering me... "what was that game where you could shoot left and right... it was kinda like sector Z... and somebody at the beginning said 'help me!' or something?"
this and solar warrior were bugging the hell out of me.
Remember: Main hero of this game, is wife of Dig Dug.
The mother of Mr. Driller too.
Ex wife
Are we just going to ignore that when a bonus game happens he always lands on Paccets?
@Hamikon I'm talking about the Guy running the channel, not Masuyo Tobi
If they ever make PXZ3, I hope they add Samus and pair her up with Kissy/Masuyo
Why did this game remind me so much of AIR FORTRESS for Nes???? It has almost the exact look and gameplay. That's crazy!!!
Masayo is Dig Dug wife.
But now, divorced
Yeah...
@@digdug3769 sorry man
If that isn't the inspiration for Metroid, I don't even know what planet I'm on anymore.
Ha, imagine actually liking this game and the character disigns...
I do

This game isn't very well made in general, later stages rely on bullet hells and the shield system is rigged to screw you over at the worst times
7:51 I love this sound
6:15 fuuuuuu
It gave me a jumpscare
alien sector is a grill!?
A brave.... man?
Metroid before Metroid.
Kissy for LIFE! The original female protagonist!
In Japan version,it have a weird name
Baraduke

I wouldn't say Baraduke is a bad name.

After 8 shields, the fool game is not giving him and another shields.

The accuracy! Are these Tool Assisted? Lmao 😂
Pls tell me I'm not the only one here who thought this game had no ending lol!! I would have took this game extremely serious the hole time

Depends on the game. This looks worse than, say, A Hat In Time.
