- Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski has won two 'NFL Coach of the Year' awards in his four years in Cleveland and yet fans don't always get to see his true personality come out on a day-to-day basis. That changes today with Stefanski's visit with Rizz and Hammer in studio, where he talked about his tenure as the Browns coach, his thoughts on playcalling, how Deshaun Watson is locked in, his own expectations, and much more.

When your franchise is the same team that could barely get a win in an entire SEASON finally shows fight and makes it too the playoffs after so many injuries and everyone counts you out, no starter Qb, no starter RB, down too a QB off the couch and you STILL make the playoffs? That’s a moment ! Let’s not forget the defensive injuries. We were playing undrafted rookies in that playoff game and no Delpit. Did you forget we were down SO MANY STARTERS and key players that game?

Tecmo bowl is the reason why I became a Browns fan. We made a league and everyone chose a team... I picked the browns and ever since then I followed the team. To have been living in NYC and be a browns fan from '89 to now has been a crazy ride
I just left the AB press conference to watch this. I made it through 5 minutes and felt my attention slowly slipping away. Before i knew it i was looking at UA-cam shorts. God he's good

Ive been upset with him sometimes. But I admit it, none of us are perfect. He comes off as a genuinely good guy. 👍🏼 Here's to his success. His accomplishments will bring us our happiness.

They found their new fall guy if it all unravels this season. Dorsey is perfect for this. I don't know why everyone cares about calling plays, it doesn't matter. There are multiple cooks in the kitchen so it's kind of irrelevant.

I haven't listened to ESPN Cleveland in years and watching this reminded of why I don't. Stefanski is great but Rizz and Hammer are just so bad! It is so sad the Cleveland sports market don't have better media on radio or print.
Until Watson goes out and consistently plays well all you can expect is the same up and down ho hum play you have seen the last 2 years ! Not worth 3#1's and 6 over all picks !

The Browns brought Ken Dorsey in to make coffee and to get blamed for the pathetic play calling. It will be much easier now to deflect the blame onto Dorsey for why Watson can't ball. We all know it's Stefanski calling the plays, not Dorsey. Stefanski just needed a fall guy to prolong his career another year or two in Cleveland. Thanks Ken!

Kev is a nice guy. But until he actually shows any coaching prowess, he needs to zip it. He won the first bogus COTY award for doing nothing other than taking over a team with a horrible record. Add in COVID and having the weakest schedule in the NFL and they won a few games. Then reels off two losing seasons. Was easily on his way to his 3rd losing season until Joe Flacco was called off the couch. Joe and the defense carry them to the Wildcard, and this guy completely shits the bed. Embarrassed by a rookie QB and rookie head coach... who SHOULD have won the COTY. Hopefully, he gives Dorsey ALL the playcalling and resides to hold the clipboard and stay out of the way.
He’s a good coach with Flacco. Not with Watson…
