Venice Beach, LA used to be the most crowded beach in America before 2020. Now, Miami Beach has left LA in the dust. Everybody is in Miami now.
Because Florida's governor didn't tell people to take cover in the corner and fear for their lives. California's did.

Visit Miami if you want to spend thousands on installing a screen space for your patio to block bugs from biting you. Good luck walking around without a repellent.
I'm 57. I remember when I was in the navy at 17 years old. Miami and Florida had the vibe of were you strive to retire to. The people were rich classy and sofiticated.

@@spartjovic The street wasn't blocked off for one. VIP parking was right in front of the cafe or bar. You could cruse Ocean Dr in your car. And the big change, there was fewer black people.
@@anthonywall1228 it was literally a murder capital over ran with drugs and corruption but yea it was definitely better because no black people…🙄

I remember going to the beaches with my family on South Beach as a kid to teen during late-1990's to mid-2000's. It was different. Less people and we could park among Collins Ave. Now, it seem you can't do that.
Have worked on the other side of South Beach for a couple of months as a security guard at an HOA condominium building and have gotten my car towed for parking in a small shopping center across the street of the only McDonald's in South Beach. Costed me $242 to take out of Tremont's impound. Then a few times, drove there, hate it and got a parking ticket.
Since then, I only take the bus there and scan the beaches with a metal detector to find coins and jewelry (which I have) while seeing some women. South Beach is overrated. Don't understand why people want to hang there and pay a lot.

@@Shanestravels I'm not happy about that.I lived there while Miami Vice filmed.Im in industry wardrobe.I loved it.I lived in 3rd and collins.It was cheap then. What GREAT MEMORIES.
It is better for pedestrians now. Better for bikers and eliminates a lot of congestion.
