For the first time In a long time, I learned something useful on youtube.
There is a guy on another that does it on a larger scale & hes been having problems with not getting it hot anuff to achieve making diesel so i dont get how this guy can make it that easy its more likely about views than making diesel i mean the guy doesn't even get the title write he calls it petrol instead of diesel so id say its bullshit he probably filled it up before the video with diesel Lol
@@officialmysteriousrider6327 From what I know about real refining plants, you need thousands of degrees, not just one thousand. That I can easily imagine is a little exaggerated in the videos.

@@scotteric8711you learned how to make a fire this doesn't make anything but a mess
Before loading plastic into boiler first fill 3 or4 spoons with dirty oil or any oil .This speed up all process, as vapor of oil spreads heat at 120 deg Celsius all process require 350 deg Celsius when plastic vaporised. Pay attention, Safety First.
Nic
Have you done this process? My question is what it actually be worth doing? Like environmentally how much stuff (gas or wood) do we have to burn to get a gallon?
Hu hu hu
I'd be willing to bet a solar parabolic trough or dish would work as a cleaner, cheaper heat source for distillation. Just a thought.
Cool video. We might all need to know how to do this in the future.
Its odd 2d parabolic solar isnt the obvious standard power plant. Can use waste concrete to store sun and run into darkness. Dont need any advanced or dangerous materials. So why not many already.

Doubt 1- Why is that plastic pipe attached to cooker doesn't melt
Doubt 2- if the pipe left on water is to release hot gas produced from burning, why is the color of water still not changed?
1 One can probably use silicone tube,I give this man 100% for effort .
your issue 2 I think Because of the Light angle, so it was hard to observe the water color changed.
Kya baat hai sir
Bro the plastic needs to be clean? Free from dirt and moisture before putting in the pressurized cooker?
So... 30 minutes of burning wood, to produce 30 seconds of fire from petrol.
:-D
Yes, I know: diesel motors don't run on wood ;-)
Thanks for the demonstration.
When gasoline companies make gas from oil they do it pretty much the same way only on a much larger scale. When plastic is made it also burns a lot of fuel and releases a lot of toxic gasses. The sad thing is that if you spend your life's savings to buy an electric car it's no better for the environment because you still get the electricity from a power plant that burns fossil fuels or trash or coal or worse things like radioactive fuels to make that power. If you're looking to get energy efficiency the solution is staring us in the face. We need to realize that we don't actually MAKE energy. We convert matter and HARNESS energy which is already made. The problem lies in the fact that we are all brainwashed into thinking in a narrow minded way.
For over a century we've been burning fuel to make combustion which cases rapid expansion to push a piston which converts that heat into motion through rods and shafts and gears etc... the answer to energy conservation is neither electrical nor chemical. The answer to energy conservation is a purely mechanical issue. We don't need internal combustion for motion. We need to use hot and cold differentials to create a cycle of moving energy through the use of cold steam technology. The steam engine went obsolete because it required too much coal to push the piston and caused much pollution. So we made gasoline and diesel which burn cleaner and hotter and push pistons without any steam. But steam is a very power source of energy and to this day we still use steam to power almost all the power plants. Think about it...a coal burning plant is burning coal to boil water to make steam which turns a turbine which spins magnets across a coil to make electricity. A nuclear power plant burns radioactive stuff to boil water to turn a turbine which spins magnets across a coil to make electricity. ..essentially they're all boiling water and steam is the actual mechanism for moving the turbine. Today we have both parabolic reflectors and fresnel lenses which combined can use sunlight to melt solid rock into lava even in cold climates therefore solar energy is more than enough energy to make steam every time the sun comes out and it does that pretty regularly. The cold steam engine makes it possible to use that energy for power long after the sun goes down. Give me an open account with enough funds and I'll build you a car that never requires fuel or recharging and emits no greenhouse gasses ...then I'll build you a house that doesn't need anything from the electric company... then I'll be murdered as soon as the people in fossil fuels and energy find out and your house will be destroyed along with your car and you and anyone who saw it.
@@captainKedger Thank you for your answer. I was just trying to make a "joke" about this video.
I know how engines work and how industrial electricity is produced from steam.
About the sun... I have to answer one word: chemtrails.
About making a car which does not use fuel or electricity.... Hmmm, do you know HHO, and the "danger" of it? (LOL).

The Gypsy Journey channel has a similar content video. He generated a lot of fuel, but he had a much larger container, and used a lot more plastic. Same basic technique as yours. He uses the fuel to power his generator, which really is amazing. Thanks for sharing your experiment 👍☺️
Yes, I also came from the Gypsy journey channel..
Wondering how he's using with daily and easy available vessels/thing's based on same Principle
Your video just amazing, new way of utilising the wasted plastic 🙏🏻👍👌🤗
Any other chemical is required to add? How much petrol is derrived from 1kg pet bottle.?
Is it safe to burn plastic in an airtight pressure cooker. What about the safety in case of a blast of the pressure cooker???
The coocker is used only because the plastic has to "burn" in an oxygen free environnement. All the over-pressure will go through the hose through the hole on top of the coocker. the coocker is not fully closed anymore, no pressure can built in it.
@@JG-qm1fz sounds good. Thanks for the briefing...
Would a alcohol still work for this?
Make another video and used for running vehicle
Then take apart the engine and observe the damage.
with all of the brainpower of humanity we could produce an engine that runs on plastic waste. but then the government would block the patent.
Some engines can be built to run on low grade fuel or many different types of fuel. There are military vehicles with engines that will run on any petroleum based product including various used oils.
If it was that easy a lot of people would of done that a long time ago !
This is just an experiment that needs to be further developed to make it usable
I've seen several vids turning waste plastic into fuel. When you are done extracting fuel, what is the leftover byproduct?
Love
dehydrated plastic
Clean coal. I wanna know too
Plastic is made from crude oil so it is simply the next step in refining. So what is left over should be another byproduct of crude oil.
I want to see the material in the pressure cooker after it all burned.
Show us the dregs!
I’d say propane hose would but safest-consider that’s close to a bbq and well it’s melt for gases
It's for sure a way to get rid of plastic but it's fuel inefficient because of the volume of fuel to produce that small amount of liquid fuel. What toxins be they liquid or gas are produced???? How are they disposed of and what environmental factors do they have???
My thought about it since the very beginning only sun mirrors heating up the kettle with plastic in is the only fossile free way to do it.
Hi Karl, how very odd. After I posted this comment yesterday morning I went for a walk and whilst pondering said fuel issue a solar Fresnel lens came to mind with a revolving metal cylinder or a moving tilt table lens to prevent/avoid melting the metal cylinder. Or an agreeable distance for or aft of the main focal point to create enough heat but not to melt the metal would suffice. I not long ago saw a tv Fresnel lens melt metal for blacksmithing. For sure it's the fuel free way forward to do this but I'm still not sure the entire process will terminate the toxicity cycle created by the plastic manufacture.
Brann there is no non toxic method of producing gasoline. It's gasoline. The idea here is not how to produce environmentally sound fuel. The lesson here is that plastic trash can run your car which is already toxic af no matter where you get the fuel from. If you want non toxic transportation you cannot use any type of fossil fuels or petroleum byproducts. The answer is staring us all in the face but I cannot afford to build it...the answer is to build cars that run on teslas cold steam engine and make a solar boiler using parabolic reflectors and fresnel technology for your heat source. A sealed nitrogen coolant for temperature differential and a well insulated water tank for "battery" power. It's technology that has been suppressed for over a hundred years.
Hi Scot, my concerns and interest lay in the riddance of plastics from our world........not creating fuel. If the fuel can be used and it lessens the plastic littering our once healthy world then great...........but only if it's clean. It's a great idea but if the process is refined it could eliminate the toxins to pure carbon and gasses which could be cleaned somehow. As for suppressed tech and knowledge..........there are far better combustion and propulsion tech being suppressed than teslas steam engines. I have many ideas of my own but I will never follow them up...................or share them. Pointless and alphabet orgs and gangs won't allow it. The world is a controlled mess.
@@branni6538 - smoke the plastic in your water bong!
This would eliminate the discarded plastic issues of the world

How much petrol is produced from how much quantity of plastic ? If we can generate petrol from plastic then why petrol price is ₹90+?
Because it doesn't make petrol, it makes low grade diesel. And what he's doing is dangerous as hell
Innovative way to discard plastic by getting good by-product in most simplest way but next time if possible kindly don't shoot camera in vertical position.
What is left in the boiler after volatiles are distilled? How to dispose of residules?
Pitch it in the ocean. Everything else gets put there.
Im sure you can add to your garden compost.
interesting, how much do you get from a full pot? and what is left after filling the jar with petrol. are you left with leftover plastic or is all evaporated?
And how do you remover the dioxin and other carcinogenic materials and volatile chemicals..
What if you use a large solar magnifying 🔍 as a heat source??!!
I can't believe I watched this till the end but still in doubt.
I can. People in general are fairly stupid. This is basic high school level chemistry....but people these days can easily get a college degree without ever getting a high school level education. If you don't believe me next time you meet someone with a college degree ask them to explain the difference between "to, too" and "two" because more than half of college graduates have trouble with these basic two and three letter words. God help them if there in a contest for they're lives and there asked to explain the possessive pronoun for "themselves"
I literally lost my mind when I was in front of a judge who somehow graduated law school and she informed me that she had to "axe me some questions" I knew my lilly white behind was getting fried when I realized my judge was illiterate. There's no way she could understand the precepts of the constitution when she couldn't even spell the word "alcohol" but she was somehow in charge of deciding my fate. This country is going to doo doo because of a generation of social engineering and constant brainwashing and everywhere I see an epidemic of stupidity so your ignorance of the basic process of distillation and the composition of plastics is frankly unsurprising.
Are you, by chance, a flat earther? I'm just curious. I'm doing a study on the overall effects of social engineering on the ability of humans to evolve as a species and I'm collecting data for my charts. This information could be useful.
No. It's true.

I'm just really upset by the forgot of climat temperature and gazs modification...
You could isolate the first container, to reduce the quantity of heat needed to modify the plastic and use a more efficient energy to creat your fuel
Other problem, the quality of the fuel that could need to be filtre before use, this permit to run more recent engines more efficient
On another video, the guy was using three containers to keep in the first gazoline, second more inflammable and in the last essence
Indeed the process is exactly the same as a hydrocarbon tower that are used since we refine petrol
So with a more efficient device, you could also obtain a lot of specific elements that are also sometimes use in chemistry and chemical health medecine
That's why i think those devices should be a local arrangement between the citizens
Everybody recycle, some working in the recycling unit other on their own work
To be sure every body could be able to recreate and understand correctly, you can propose each family a year working in then explain to another wich will do the same job after
This could prevent from injuries, explosions or fire mistakes...
Also never forget that all plastics witch are not refound as plastics, will be burn
We dont have any more petrol, all is on earth now or already burn
PS
A last idea to reduce pollution, an after burn
The exhaust in a buble water tank then out put to a candle to burn the last vapors without explosions risks

It’s a cetane rating for diesel. A lab would be required and I don’t think he’s rushing out to get it tested. Different types of plastic would yield different results.

Would the liquid "fuel" you get be refine enough for the engine?

@@OmG-rx6ij .
Your plastic pipe that was close to fire might just melt. You must keep fire in control or increase height of the pipe. And the liquid it produced is not petrol but diesel.
Actually it is NOT diesel. Diesel will NOT ignite that easily, this is closer to a gasoline (petrol) and diesel mix. But you are correct about the plastic tube melting because it is too close to the heat source!
Copper would be a much better choice...also absorbs and then quickly dissipates heat, hence a condenser instead of just a glass jar in water would produce more fuel, less vapor.
@@Rattlerjake1 that’s right. The volatile part of petrol is not the liquid itself, but the vapours it emits. In a petrol engine, the spark plugs are at the top of the cylinders and they fire once the air and fuel mixture is compressed. Diesel fuel burns at much higher temperatures, and ignites not from a spark, but because of the high temperatures it reaches when compressed in the engine, as the pistons rise higher in the cylinders. Glow plugs are used on startup, but they only heat the diesel up. They don’t emit a spark. It’s not the same kind of thing.
It would have been better if you had used copper pipes.
