Where do I even begin to explain how special this series is to me?
How most people feel about Harry Potter is how much I cherish A Series of Unfortunate Events. It was the very first movie I went to watch on my own as a child. I devoured each book, one after another. I remember the special lunchable boxes, the speculation on how the series would end, the hype about the movie. It feels me with so many emotions.
At the end of the day, these three children were fighters. They were constantly put in bad situations and managed to escape them with barely their lives each time. I can't put into words how much I can relate to them. Klaus, Violet and Sunny were me growing up and that's how come I became so attached to the books.
I'm desperate for more information to come out about the netflix series! IT'S ALREADY OCTOBER, NETFLIX. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER!!! A few days ago when the Quagmires were finally casted I could not calm down. I'm positive once the series does come out though, I won't be able to stretch the eps out and end up watching all eight or however many are released. Lmao
