In your 1st building, the Butler Bros, so many cons! It is super busy, to many break ins and lots of homeless people, it is separated from the core of downtown, lots of Air bnb, it stinks because of the exposed pipes #sewer/gases and overpriced connected to a 3/4 star hotel...
Great video. The first apartment was my fav. But valet parking is the worst. Outside of the fact that you have to pay. You also have to wait on them all the time. So if you're someone that's always rushing. You're screwed. You should consider mid-cities/uptown it's 1 or 2 exits from downtown and has dog parks plus lots of restaurants, bars, shopping.
