If highway expands also, road side and near by plots will increase , but to some extent only... No big effect as it is already a big road....

Land acquisition for 6 lane expansion was done at the time of its construction itself. Decision for its expansion was deferred due to state bifurcation as the contracting company claims it's not viable for them to take up the work.
