    There's a very annoying bass thumping in the background... no other youtube video's do this, so I don't know if it's background or something else....

      I completely disagree. I'd prefer someone with some personality than someone that just drones on monotonously. I found her presentation engaging and would prefer her over many speakers I've heard in the past.
