Bidirectional option is available in VirtualBox i just drag and drop a file from host to guest, I didn't try it for Linux yet.
But Windows to Mac and Mac to Windows is working perfectly.

□¤° sooo... a virtual machine is a computer "inside" a computer; a mirrored image, created by software "code"; that operates independently from its' "host" computer.°□••i am assuming that the programming commands of the virtual machine are different from the "orders- commands" that run the host machine.•°☆hmmm...i will have to get back to this tutorial later.☆•°

🤔 🗣So... a VM (Virtual Machine) = A "HOLOGRAM"; A mirror'd App; That MIMICS A Flesh & Blood COMPUTER;🛅 Equipped With its separate Hardware & Software! 🛄A VM is Intrnally Embedded inside A Real Computer?🖨 Is it Like A 3D Copier? 🤔Is a VM strictly "Software Code"? 🗣🛅 A VM can utilyze its "own" OS (operating system) Independently from the Hard Ware'd> "touchable~ feelable; viewable" Host Computer that it occupies? 🗣🤔 But the VM MUST Be" Powered Off" to Function.🤔 Perhaps i misUnderstand!!🧠🧑🏿💻
