I like it for real but you know what um still confused about the way how we can calculate when nitrogenous bases are given in mole fraction? example . The composition (in mole-fraction units) of one of the strands of a double-helical DNA molecule is [A] = 0.30 and [G] = 0.24.
(b) What can you say about [A], [G], [T], and [C] of the complementary strand?

18:40 Isn’t Adenine the only aromatic one (considering a modified expanded definition of aromatic nucleus to include heterocycles)? The other 3 (and uracil too) are not because they do not have 6 pi electrons in the cycle
Also 17:40 in denaturation only the H bonds are broken, not also the covalents. Otherwise the entire DNA strand would break down during PCR
I really like your channel and way of explaining everything, but as someone who watches this for reviewing I find that some details are not scientifically correct. I understand that certain books required for specific exams need to be strictly followed (even regarding errors), but I think in the future it would be great if you mentioned something like “here we have to consider it like this… but the scientific truth is …”
In conclusion, I think your channel is awesome for reviewing things, but I would advise against people using to learn the concepts for the first time.
