I am a new real estate investor in DE area. I am very interested in getting involved in Development and these kind of organizations as I continue to grow and understand the industry better.
Here in the DMV, investors have already snapped up the "affordable housing" . It's not like the 2010s where you could get a $300k home repair and sell it for $425-450k...the damn sellers are already asking for $425k. On some shit that look like the Brady Bunch lived in it. 😆
@kentwykofftl9166 As a beginner investor, it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Myself I'm guided by Mrs Julia Oswin, a widely known crypto consultant
@unitedfinance2947 I'm sure her service is available outside the US, But you gotta ask her first. I'm positive because I have a friend who stays in Australia and using her services too. You should ask her though to know if she offers her service to your country.
I’m sorry but I feel like everybody is already aware and over-saturating that specific market. Damn near every black person in know in real estate or talk about real estate investments only talking about investing in government subsidized housing. Bruh. There is a huge middle class of us black folks who need homes and may not be trying to buy at the moment. When I was looking for my place here in Chicago everywhere was either for high income earners or section 8. A good 70% of the available apartments/homes were literally section 8 only or section 8 preferred. Please invest in homes for middle class black Americans, we’re the forgotten ones out here!
So, the affordable housing he is talking about is typically the "Projects." I think that more black people need to invest in affordable housing because we will be investing in our own neighborhood. No issue for me but Jewish people have been doing it for years. I see the documents at my office so I see that it is usually around 10 or more people investing together. I have been in working in the field for about 20 years now so I know a little. The money that the city is putting in is a subsidy like Section 8, Section 236 or Tax Credits.
Interesting 🤔 interesting 🌹🙏🙏🙏🙏 THANKYOU for sharing amazing 🌹🙏
