They all have the animations but they are a bit bugged. You can also customise the atvs and utvs to add lights on police and fd. Also there is an area by the lake on the highway where the road barriers and street lights are all knocked down.

OfficerJohn I don'tthink you noticed but the 2 ATV's go slower on the asphalt but they go up to 60-80+ onto the dirt. So they basically get slower on normal roads but offroad they are faster

I found a feature. Whatever the speedlimit on the road you are driving on is, the atv/utv will set a limit. Pretty neat
