Affirmations to uplift you and make you irresistible and improve all areas of your life. Hope you enjoy it. These videos are great for helping to create new beliefs, and they will help you immensely if you’re committed enough.
You’ve got to be willing to commit fully. And they will help you overcome the hurdles that are holding you back.
The best way to use one of our videos is to get clear on your goal and focus on it. Listen to a particular video for 21 days.
21 days because Research shows that it takes 21 days to develop a habit and new beliefs.. So for you to ‘believe’ it, it will take you 21 days to change or form a new habit and to get rid of any debilitating and self-limiting beliefs. From my experience, The great news is is that it won’t even take 21 days before you start to see results. In fact, you most likely will see results and see things start to happen after just a couple days but please continue to listen for 21 days for best results. This process is greatly enhanced when you can relax your body and quiet your mind prior to listening.
These videos are a powerful way to reach the subconscious mind while bypassing critical awareness and logical reasoning. As you start to assimilate them, they will create a new neural network in your brain. Be consistent and listen to a particular video as often as possible for 21 days. If you can't listen to 30 minutes, then at least listen to 5 or 10 minutes, that is better than skipping a day. You don’t need to wear headphones but it is recommended. It’s best not to listen to anything else while you are listening to these affirmations. You can listen to multiple videos but it is best to focus on one particular area and avoid scattering and trying out other affirmation videos at the same time. For example, if losing weight is the most important target you have, put your energy in it and avoid listening to different affirmations in different topics. the best time to listen to these affirmations is just before drifting off to sleep at night, and just after waking in the morning before arising but really anytime that you can listen to them is great.
If you can follow these instructions, your life will transform for the better. As you listen to these affirmations, you will find yourself feeling more positive than before the video began. Use headphones for best results but are not necessary.

Been using this frequently now for nearly 2 months can confirm you will definitely be irresistible. So many strangers and people you know will just smile in your presence. If this is not working for you I recommend an affirmation such as I am safe and I am loved because your subconscious mind may not feel safe yet and you will be receiving extra attention that your not used to.
I'm using this subliminal from last year, and it has changed my whole being and my whole damn life! Now, I am living every word given in the affirmations....can't be grateful enough to the creator of this subliminal!

Just to give some tips, as an avid user of Rockstar Affirmations for the past two years, i have developed a methodology that ALWAYS works and i give this same tip to my friends (who i have also turned into Rockstar Affirmation FANS) and it works for them:
1. Pick one or two areas in your life you are focusing on. (If you pick two areas, make sure they are somehow related. e.g "I have my dream job" and "I am a money magnet." )
2. Listen to one affirmation at a time but play it TWICE in a row, especially during the FIRST WEEK of trying to rewire your subconcious mind.
3. There is no need to repeat the affirmations outloud. I dont know why but this doesnt work so well for me as when i repeat them IN MY HEAD. I dont just play the affirmations as if they were music, i REPEAT them in my head and follow along (as if I'm memorizing them)
4. Pick ONE voice to follow along with, e.g Each rockstar affirmation has three to four voices speaking at the same time, so pick one voice to follow and repeat word for word (inside ur head) until u complete the affirmation.
5. If the affirmations seem DIFFICULT to repeat inside ur head, then KEEP PUSHING. this just means your brain is not used to thinking in this kind of way, it actually means your subconcious mind needs that very affirmation your struggling to do! JUST keep pushing, repeat repeat repeat each utterance in your head , until you feel it is easier and easier.
And finally, BELIEVE in the power of the sub-concious mind.

There are a number of Drs that just push pills and I do think its wise to get second opinions, but I just can't stand the amount of people using the internet to spread fear and paranoia.. the right medications, Dr's, and experts can really make a difference in the world of bipolar. And people that say it's not a real disease/disorder obviuously haven't experienced it.. that's not fair to the people that are fighting symptoms every day. Im guessing she wouldn't feel the same if she was told she had cancer..?

Great quality which means everything. 👌 mate: do you think you can make 8 hour videos ??? With a mix of the work you have already put together because I am playing it from my UA-cam account and it goes into ads and the shorter the video the more videos I will have play at night so that will mean more ads and as we all know the power our subconscious holds. I don’t want to find myself buying elf’s new all in one toilet cleaner my G.
