Mikey! People who won't return an item, especially if they're claiming it's not good enough for a collector, should NOT be refunded until they return the item. This is a common scam. They got the item plus their money back; dude, please don't do this to yourself. It's not personal, it's business and you can't allow them to scam you.
I buy alot of stuff on ebay and Amazon. I sometimes get stuff that are damaged or wrong item. I usually just notify the seller of the error or damaged item and they usually ask for the item to be sent back. It's just too much of a hassle to do that so I'm just satisfied with letting them know the order was bad so they know and could watch out the next time. I usually keep or just throw the item away.
I think that guy was a scammer. If you don't do what they want they'll write a bad review. I wouldn't sell to him anymore.

I had a nasty eBay buyer recently too. Really brings you down. Totally get it. I never do anything ugly on purpose. People can be so mean and ugly.

Those hair savers can go for a lot of money. Trust me my grandmother collected antiques and I sold a lot of them and they go for good money and you pass the two of them and the Salvation Army video you’re killing me.

Hi Mike, the bonnet style hair dryer is in demand for the assisted living and for some patients in nursing facilities where a relative or a paid beautician still set rollers to dry in the bonnet, as per request 😅😅❤❤

Hair receivers are antique!
Cashier almost broke your dolphin!! That happened one time when I was buying a willow tree. Cashier knocked it over and her head rolled
Sorry about the return. I would have sent a return label. If he wanted to be a azz and break it. I'd still take the loss. If you're a true collector you would not have wanted it period. I'm all for refunding prompt for mistakes that I've made . I have made few in the past not many at all but I'm not going to be pushed to give a heavy discount

If the buyer wasn’t impressed with the item , they should have returned it for a refund . They just wanted a freebie, or steep discount . The stories that are pouring out about eBay , are pointing to their demise it seems !

Can't you state in your ebay listing that your photos are part of the item description, and the prospective buyer should examine them carefully?
Capriotties originated in my home state of Delaware. I'm living near Phoenix now and really miss the Bobbie, turkey, stuffing , cranberry sauce. Yum yum! Named after the woman who threw it all together!

I do like the green glass Hand blown glass Silver Gilbert Metal on glass Very interesting piece But it looks like it had a lid it doesn't look like a vase to me I do like the edging on the Peace very good eye Mikey For quality But it isn't all There it's missing the lid And it's missing the glasses
99% of clear glasses next to impossible to sell I had a whole 10 foot table of clear glass offered to sell it for a dollar for the whole table and no one would buy it. I couldn’t give it away.

What's funny is I find the same items you do....like exactly the same! I guess we're on the same GW truck route. That's made in China Vase is not a good buy for $30 Vintage K mart special from the 90s Both of them And goodwill is asking every penny they're worth For those big vases If they were originally antique once they could be worth hundreds or thousands of dollars

To me the scratch just shows it was moved across a table when dusting. A good sign of age. As long as it's on the bottom I'm ok with it
