Without knowing about your storage space I would say to see what you can do to make it more profitable! Is it a single unit? Advertising, demand, management or operation style, all kinds of things can contribute to this. If it's a single unit you're renting out for space but it's not being utilized, it could be more valuable to YOU if it's a workshop.

If I've a storage unit not generating income....Would it be a smart strategy to convert storage unit into workshop? Just need solar panels.
