- Dunno if I'm allowed to make a video with this mod as I didn't get a response after asking about it. I will delete this if Zay says otherwise.
I didn't want to stress myself out too much and no damage Yozora again like Ventus so I just went with this attempt. The finisher isn't that great to me either. I added DMC music since I've been playing it a lot recently and I think it sort of fits this fight.

@@CoCofi8103 Because flowmotion ruined the pacing of DDD simply because the majority if fights could speedran or skipped entirely due to flowmotion, and it deserved to either be nerfed or removed as a whole.
Still a good mechanic and it got a major pach in kh 3

Hey man, you're good! I'm all for people making videos with my Riku mod. And I gotta be honest, this was one of those types of videos where I was honestly curious to see how someone would fare against Yozora. I appreciate the showcase. 👍
Thanks! I gotta say, this is one of the best mods I've ever used as it changes Sora's size, stance, and moveset, and stuff like loading screens with Riku's. I can tell a lot of effort went into this! The only gripe I got is the fact that Way to Dawn and the Car Key's situational command give revenge values still so the boss retaliates while I'm still doing something like "Dark Splicer", which results in me most likely getting hit afterward. I feel like this will be something that's fixed in later updates as this is literally the FIRST RELEASE! Thank you so much for this mod again and I'm excited to see more updates in the future.

Probably one of my favorite videos you’ve done thus far. Riku honestly needed a better moveset, this one just hits harder visually. I love that he dual wields the dream Keyblades from DDD, plus uses Yozora’s sword. Especially that last one, looks damn cool
That was pretty exceptional. No joke seeing Riku bust out what looks like an enhanced Dark Aura always brings a smile to my face. He's really taken the Dante approach to problems, just Stinger over and over again it's wonderful. Top notch gameplay too, nice showcase of what talented fans can do.
When the fans make a better combo set for Riku than Square Enix
Somehow, Kingdom Hearts is slowly turn into Sonic case in term of fans enchanting the game far better than the official.

Tbf, the combos are still squares, just not in the same sequences
They really just took riku from the base game and just added shotlock and tbf he was incredibly fun to play as before remind same thing with aqua they just took her from the base game and didn’t really add anything to her(imo she didn’t really need any changes so that’s far) hopefully if riku is playable in the future they do our boy justice

honestly what they shouldve done is let you play as the other guardians of light on NG+, and swap when you are at a save point. At the very least the ones we get to play as in ReMind

Yeah I really believed that we should have really explored the Realm of Darkness with Riku.
The whole time with Sora in the Disney Worlds was really pointless. It might have been far better to show us some of his cutscenes with the Organization members and that's it.
Sora's travel into the Disney Worlds was really a waste of Time.
Talking about Time why not send him to train with Kairi and Lea in that place where Time does not matter?
The point of KHIII was to prepare for the final battle against Xehanort, to do so the most important part was to gather allies, allies that could only be gathered in Aqua and Ventus. Riku and Mickey's journey to rescue Aqua was the most important thing to experience in the game.
I was also tired of Sora being in every battle, as if the other Keyblade Wielders are incapable of doing anything without him.
Sora shouldn't have been in the Realm of Darkness.
Aqua and Ventus should've saved Terra without Sora. Maybe just show us some more help from Naminé.
However I wasn't against Sora helping Kairi and Lea, even if they trained with Merlin, they do not have much experience on the field so I can accept that. Plus it makes sense for Sora to be there as it is when Roxas returns. Sora helping Mickey is fine by me too as he needs that cutscene with Luxord.
Plus Mickey was pinned against three people, that's a bit too much.
As for Riku, he is strong enough to handle Dark Riku and Xigbar on his own.
Besides it doesn't make sense that Sora has time to help everyone.

My absolute favorite mod video for KH3. Big fan of Riku.
I never put in the time to learn yozora as well as I learned LW in kh2 so I never beat him and stopped playing. This makes me want to really master yozora’s fight though, you did real good.
Zay really did an amazing Job with this mod! The best moveset modification out there =D The only thing that I would change is the red Darkness Blast and turn it purple/Blue, to match the rest of Rikus attacks, but otherwise this just looks great =)
Also, don't worry about uploading the mod. As far as I know he is cool with people making videos of the mod now, since it is officially released by him =) As long as they credit him and don't pretend it is their own mod. And looking at that Video Discription tells me that you did everything right ;)

@@kwedl Bro KH3 doesn't even have a Colosseum or Final Fantasy character representation outside of a cutscene. The comment is alluding to the fact KH3 had so little to do with the characters we actually cared about in a series that built all of this up, and then dropped it, in a bad bad way. It's okay to not like KH3, I enjoyed it, as did many KH fans.
This was the dlc package I didn't know my life needed.

I really hope they give Riku a better moveset in the next game. Something similar to this, but more elaborate. Kind of like Terra but more dynamic and experimental combo-wise.

Okay so I like how during Riku’s combos it reflects his nature like for example Riku can wield both light and darkness . And during his combos you see his using both of these powers during his combos which I really love. Because he is like one of the only characters in the series who isn’t just pure light or pure darkness so it’s cool seeing him use both of these powers when fighting!
I also like how you are using Yozura’s own weapon against him during this fight and I also like the little details of seeing the sword flash red when hitting Yozura !
Seeing all these mods makes me feel sad because square Enix could of easily implemented all of this on their own!
Like why can’t we use whatever character we want in the game to fight other characters?
Why couldn’t they of gave Riku kairi Roxas and other side characters better combos ?
I have a PlayStation 5 and not a pc so I can’t use any of these mods unfortunately.
I just love kingdom hearts a lot and I know it will be yearssss until we get the next games .
So why couldn’t they of added just a little more stuff that we have been asking about for years?
Anyways I look forward to seeing a playable Yozura mod in the future to come. Along with whatever else the modders can come up with thank you so much!

Sorry about not using Way to Dawn. If there was four weapon slots I would use Way to Dawn but seeing as how the car key and Way to Dawn have the same formchange here, i chose the Car Key because it would look canon to what kh4 could be. Once there's a way to use Kh2 Riku with this mod, you can bet I'm using the way to dawn
@@quoy4 yes I love Riku’s KH2 look more than his kh3 look because he looks just like Sora Yozura and Noctis! In every Kh game before kh3 he still looked like Riku and not someone else ! You could use Riku in his organization 13 outfit or use his regular kh2 look once he took off the coat. I hope you make this mod someday come true .

I like how you’re using a mod during the most difficult fight in the game but you actually know the enemy moveset and aren’t just spamming attack like everyone else
Mods are cool but no one else can play this game without taking damage every 5 seconds
Thank you! My only gripe with my gameplay is that one mech hitting me. That's usually the most rng attack for me in this fight.

@@tomasstargamer6308 Riku being possessed was a mistake any one could of made. Sora almost got possessed my master xehanort if not for Riku and axel intervening. Who exactly did Riku kill because to my knowledge he fights only when he has to. He isn’t a villain. I just think him being the protagonist of KH from now on would spice things up. I would like to see how he would handle situations differently from Sora.

@@OrganizationXIII Riku is to blame for Sora killing himself in KH1, Riku basically told Xion to kill herself in Days, and in the same game, kidnapped Roxas, and brought him to a virtual reality where he'd end up dying a week later.
