@@shrump7318 i thought it's exactly the other way round? rocketbelt into tankier teams because of it's mythic passive (5 magic pen per legendary item) and for the lack of cdr you just buy cosmic drive. Night Harvester into squishier teams just for the oneshot and stronger mid game, as 2nd item dcap into void staff to complete the holy trinity
@@magvu8439 the mythic passive for rocketbelt is why you see sometimes the second item rush to upgrade mejais for the big spike. Rocketbelt is more for the times you need vs specific characters like Victor to get through chokes with gravity field and still reach him. It's when phase rush will not be enough to keep up basically. Although honestly I memed with my previous response. It honestly does not matter. Whatever you are comfortable with. As long as eventually you have a death cap and a void staff vlad builds can be anything.
