This is the bout that Nikita needed.
Hard, punishing, got rocked a couple of times, but fought back with courage and stamina , and Brubaker did not disgrace himself by a long shot.
Nikita will learn from this and increase his presence , kudos to Jack Brubaker ,as he has lasted a lot more than some highly paid opponents,
    Gotta love the Tszyu stable

The head-butt ready put Nikita in another reality but his heart got him through.
Valuable experience gained for overcoming future adversity against the elite in the division.

Looks like Brubaker landed some hard scoring punches in the earlier Rounds . But I think Nikita still narrowly won those rounds.
When the Count was put on Nikita it was difficult to tell if it was a slip or knockdown ( not sure how that was scored). In the later Rounds Nikita appeared more clearly dominant with lightning quick combinations to the head and an occasional hard body shot that seemed to hurt Brubaker and slow him down. Nikita threw more punches from a distance and in the later Rounds blocked and parried many of Brubaker's Punches.
It was a good stoppage as Nikita was clearly hurting and punishing Brubaker who was covered in blood. Hopefully he did not sustain any damage. The welfare and safety of the Boxers is the top priority at all times as Combat Sports are inherently very dangerous. It was a brave and commendable performance by Brubaker .
It was an excellent performance and well deserved Win by Nikita who seems to have enormous potential. If he continues Boxing he will face stronger opponents and hopefully will not sustain any injuries or damage.
We should thank both young men for placing themselves at risk and subjecting themselves to pain and discomfort for the entertainment of the spectators and commend them both for their Skill, Tactical and Strategic Approach, Strength, Stamina, Courage and Toughness.

And he might be tough, but when he steps up his opposition he’ll meet fighters with superior chins, skills, and power. Compare and contrast this with Tims fight against a fresher Brubaker. Nikita can't control the range or fight on the inside/out of the clinch like Tim. Head clash was ugly. Well done Nikita i love it when the opponent that does the most chin wagging loses.

Wow! Nikita needed to be hit with some power. That taught him something good about defensive boxing. Well done Nik.

I think the ref was very good, gave Nikita some time to recover from that accidental head clash. The 10 count, warranted or not probably saved him, seemed like a experienced call by the ref, slip or not.
