Honestly I think it's because he's too pretty and in his younger years he played more overconfident jerks. I never took his acting chops seriously until he voiced Jack Frost in Rise of the Guardians. I didn't know it was him until I IMBD-ed the film later because I thought the voice acting was phenomenal. Prior to this film I had only seen him in Princess Diaries, Star Trek and Into the Woods. I have since rewatched these films with new eyes and appreciation. I think it has to do with my odd aversion to pretty/hot actors... I ignored watching the TV show Supernatural because the main cast were all so pretty and hot that I was convinced they must be horrendous actors. I was very surprised when I actually got around to watching it and now it's one of my favorite shows! Being a pretty guy might actually hold some men back in Hollywood especially when it comes to typecasting
He has some really beautiful piercing blue eyes! I always knew Chris Pine has blue eyes but it’s like he’s looking straight through you! Even more so now in this interviews!
Gosh he looked like he was having so much fun! Not to mention, this is a good way to help get some awareness of the shelter these pups are from, and get some puppies/dogs adopted. PS: Mr.Pine was probably in BIG trouble with his own dogs when he got home smelling of puppies.
