@@abdullahedah695 id compare him more to MJ. He doesnt use that straightline speed like rose, ratehr using simple but crafty handles. he has an almost graceful aura to his athleticism similar to MJ- he just glides in the air. D Rose's playstyle was way more "chaotic" if yk what i mean.
I had to check the date on this to see if it was 4 years old. He has been a 25-28 point scorer for the past 4 years, which is elite by any measure. He doesn't use any of that athleticism to defend tho, and that's why the Bulls are on a treadmill.
He's good at on ball defense, just terrible off ball defense. DeMar's lack of performance and Lonzos constant injuries have a lot to do with the Bulls sucking. Franchise is coughing up bad luck for their success in the 90's
I know alot of players get Kobe comparisons today i.e Booker, Kyrie, Derozan, Tatum etc. But besides the defense Zach has to be the closest thing to "frobe" from the athletic burst to the audacious shot making. Just speaking from a playstyle perspective his game mirrors Kobe's the most, Brandon Ingram has a strong case as well just lacks the highlight factor
No he’s not! He’s a very good NBA player with the potential to be an an elite scorer if he puts the work in. He also has to grow up if he wants to be a superstar. He’ll fit on a team where he’s not expected to do to much,in other words be yourself like when you played for the Bulls.Go Bulls!
Not for his sake, but for theirs. It's not just the culture that instills winning mentalities in teams. Their stars also have to buy in at both ends, and I've always felt like highlights were first and winning was second for Zach. Not that flair is wrong, just that you don't associate Zach with toughness or heart or grit the way you do all the great 2 guards.
One of the most unguardable players in the league, can actually say he’s a top 10 shooter and a top 10 finisher in the league 😭
😭😭😭😭 stop it
@@jalynjones9136 lol it’s true, he might be fringe top 10 finisher but without a doubt up there
🧢
Nowhere close to a top 10 shooter
@@beazy3364 who’s 10 better?
So smooth with it. He needs to get healthy again, the game needs him
He has grown so much since dunk contest. Like a taller Rose.
That’s a great comparison

@@MilesMorales288 I disagree. He’s nowhere near as graceful as Jordan. On the other hand he’s a bit twitchy just like rose was
@@abdullahedah695 either you don’t watch Zach lavine or we just have different definitions because Zach lavine is smooth asf
crazy he’s about to be 10 years in
LALvine Let's go

If Zach is such an elite scorer then why don’t any teams want him🤫🫢
Read his contract. Says it all
It don’t matter I never thought he was worth that type of money no way. But carry on with the champagne wishes and caviar dreams.
