Freddie started singing at 3 years old when his mom took him to visit friends at gatherings . He would ask to sing , because he said he liked to make people happy.

Thanks, Boyz.. I'm old.. born in 1960.. in HS my BFF & I were obsessed with Queen.. .we got to see them in January 1978 (I was 17)... it was one of the most memorable experiences evah! (I also saw them in 1979 & 1980)... appreciate your appreciation... even seeing the live videos cannot convey the excitement and electricity of Queen live (ALL of them...) Thanks! (p.s.... not just Champions.. but the intro/rock song by Brian May "We will Rock you" - Freddie wrote Champions...)
Freddie's charisma touched everybody in the audiences and I love how he shook hands with the fans at the end, that would be impossible today. Belive it or not Freddie was a shy guy offstage, but he felt himself safe onstage and he put everything of himself into the performances.

This is usually the last number of the encore before the instrumental of God Save The Queen, and look at all the sass and energy Freddie is still bringing to the stage. Freddie was the one that wrote that song,it’s a continuing song of We will rock you. You called out 3 names, but the last one lol is John Deacon, he play bass. I think the reason why you don’t know him is because he doesn’t sing. As long as you know Freddie Mercury you’re good 😊

Jay, if you get some time, watch the film Bohemian Rhapsody, which came out in 2018. It is the story of Freddy Mercury and Queen. Rami Malek portrayed Freddie and won a Best Actor Oscar for his portrayal. Sure, it took liberties here and there with the story but it was actually really well done and they used the actual music by Queen. The Queen catalog is a really deep rabbit hole to jump into. Enjoy the dive!!

Queen is the only band that can deliver a concert without even being on stage. You should check Green Day Crowd Singing Bohemian Rhapsody [Live in Hyde Park 2017]. . Don't be sorry you guys weren't there. Fredie comes to live every time we listen to their music. We who evidenced and lived with this phenomenal earthquake Queen are short for words to explain how they made us feel. Our souls we are singing with them. Nice to see that the new generation souls are singing now too. There is just no other way so enjoy the ride! First time - heard them in 1976.still listen to them. So yeaah highly addictive but like I said "There is just no other way". Freddie wrote it btw
