    Nice) Playing teams online is the best way to enjoy this game in my opinion
    one of typical 15pt development sequences for European nations is something like this:
    -3town halls as soon as possible (mill, town hall, storage, market, two more town halls)
    -2 barracks and 4 gold mines updated to 10p each, one iron mine just to keep infantry production on
    -academy - once built -1st food upgrade, then wood production upgrade. only now you send 20+ peasants to collect wood, till now they were all going to the field and from there to gold mines. no ground resources are harvested without upgrades - traded for gold instead.
    -as more peasants come to the field they are being sent to all other mines or wood, keeping food surplus under 10k, stone and food is bought with gold or extra iron and stables are built as wood allows. this way 3-4 stables can be built by the end of 15min PT, diplomatic center after 1st or 2nd stable.

      Hey this is a great comment ill have to stick to this format for a game and see what happens, i usually forget by build order completely and do something different each game lol

      I can never stick to any tactic myself and mostly play by the ear, it's a dilemma - perfect a tactic or just have fun and develop a sense of the game)
      because this option is the rating option it has the most builds developed:
      -"400 roundshiers" - rush tactic - quick dip - 400 roundshiers formation (+3 to attack and def) + musk or pike - requires attack at 15:01 in order to win;
      -rush "iron tactic" - pikemen - also requires 15:01 attack;
      -"3 stables + harness" + shooters ups;
      -"4 stables + harness" - yields ~120 horses;
      -"3 barracks" (for nations with quick musk production)
      -"quick 18th ct" - allows 2 18ct barracks and food up by the end of PT, gets really strong around 17-18min;
      -"fortress" - new one - developed just over the last year - allows full stone wall and full ground resources ups by 15min, few variations;
      -"raid" tactic for nations with quick horses with 100+ sich cossacks from dip.
      And that's just superficial observation) all of these have counter tactics and require spies or "listening the fog". On top of that Ukraine, Turkey, Algeria and russia have their own variety of builds.
      It blows my mind how 20yo game tactics keep developing. You can tell to what period the game you watch on YT belongs too by how they play

      @@nobsB---DidUhim really cool strategies! Do you know any videos of these tactics or where to find the theory/build order for practice??

      @@theweirdbubble not in English, partially the reason why I started looking up video on Cossacks 3 in English - this gap needs to be bridged) SwanUa you mentioned on your DC probably has the most 15pt tutorials that I know of, if you are willing to read translated subs or just watch. we could also try to train some of them if we get to play, I'd be willing to translate and try them myself

    Great game both of you! :D Never done the 2 barracks before market, maybe try sending more of those peasants to the market so it finishes before the barracks so you can trade for the 3rd TH while building in order to minimize idle time :)

      every transaction at the market changes the price for everyone on the map for that particular trade (another small thing that makes this a great strategy game), so the first one to build it and trade gets the best deal, the more people on a map, the worse it gets if you trade the last. you may notice that if you set 10000 coal to trade for wood (without anyone else trading) it will show 12000 wood expected, but if some else did it before you - the number will be around 11000, (the more players traded it the lower it will be) slowly climbing back up to 12000, the rate resets if no one trades
