What makes this place all the more horrifying is that all the soldiers in this very violent war were children. All those casualties were children. . .
And to think it was all forseen by the Master of Masters. It makes you wonder what he plans to do next in the upcoming turn of events
No. Not foreseen - orchestrated.
@@JackHole10000 Agreed.
@@raidenakajacktheripper5988 we were among these children well gameplay wise since union x is a mmo
And young men!
Compared to Birth by Sleep's version, it sounds like the Graveyard is waking up, the past about to come to horrific life. The stage is set for the Keyblade War.
Like a morning dawning on a barren land... 😌
Very poetic.
Just like Xehanort. He became so obsessed with the place, his desire to recreate the Keyblade War cost him his life.
Jesus Christ adores you all :" )
have a wonderful day my family
You all matter to God

KEYBLAYDE
1:15 onwards made this perfect for the stage
right i fucking love that part i wish it kept that tone going forever
when that beat drops
I love how atmospheric final stages are in KH games, and this one is no different.
@@turbotrup96 Yeah. End of the World, The World that Never Was and Keyblade Graveyard have the most atmospheric themes
It has a "the end is near" feel to it, like something big is going to happen and lives will be lost. It fits even more since Sora and all his friends practically die the first time they confront The New Organization.
Which leads me to this theory: In doing this, Xehanort and the O-13 basically created a situation where Sora would be left with no other option but to misuse the Power of Waking, thus accounting for his "Thanos-snap" fate at the end. They basically took Sora's "My friends are my power" stance and used it against him.
@@movinitlikedat45 But to what gain honestly, unless Xehanort is sucking down the MoM, but even Xehanort seemed a little curiously wary of him.
"Legend has it that darkness once covered the world."
MrWildcard531 “we know so little about the keyblade war. Only that it was just, the beginning. Amidst that crisis, a precious light was found. It is a curious tale, and one worth exploring. They say ruin brings about creation. So what then, would another keyblade war bring? When the darkness falls, would we be found worthy of the precious light the legends speak of?”
MrWildcard531 “ Or will all of creation instead return to the shadows? Today, we shall recreate the legend and see. For as you see, all worlds begin in darkness. And all so end. The heart is no different. Darkness sprouts within it. It grows, consumes it. Such is its nature. In the end, every heart returns to the darkness whence it came. For you see, darkness is the hearts TRUE essence.”
“But first, your lights shine far too brightly. It must be extinguished, in order for the truth to be seen. If light and darkness are eternal, then surely we nothing’s must be the same. Eternal... and it is no more eternal than that radiance of yours.”
“Only when your hopes have been broken by battle upon battle, can the key be claimed to kingdom hearts. Our union and is not finished. Join me now, and we shall complete, the X-Blade!”
“And break you is what we shall do, it has been Etched. These facts cannot be changed. Today, all of my selves throughout time, were meant to gather here. Your hearts will sleep forever, in the folds of darkness. And your bodies, will just be another vessel for me. So light gives way to darkness.”
Then little embers began to emerge and dance through the darkness....Hold up wrong game

“Sure are a lotta walls!”
XDDDDDD
All those keyblades from that awful war. Just sitting there lifeless. Its so depressing.
2:40 Had me stopping just to listen. It’s so devious and shrouded in magic 🖤
*Loads Older Save Before Beating The Organization XIII* *Sora:* "Aqua, Kairi and the others are all out there fighting!"
Gosh dang it........
I never thought this song could get any more perfect than what BBS did.....but this song does not disappoint.
Got me in my feels right now!!!
The legends making dual-mix tracks where they combine two tracks to make one epic one needs to find a way to mix this with Sacred Moon
100% agree i was disappointed (what a surprise) that there was no sacred moon variation in 3 its my favorite KH song
Nanashi OG could you shut the hell up because that is only used in the world that never was and of course it wasn’t gonna come back because we already did what was needed to be done there
@@thebig_gamer161 so? its still my favorite song in the series they couldve done something there or had a flashback, there was nothing to do in twilight town either but we went there right? stoopidassss
Nanashi OG why would we need a flashback? The information we needed we got and nothing would go down there since why would there
@@nanashiog tecnically we had to go to twilight town for investigation about roxas.. the world that never was... is now a sleeping world because of DDD... keyblade graveyard is now the organization HQ ... thats why in the song bits of sacred moon is heard.... but yes ... it would be cool for a KH3 rendition of sacred moon or sacred distance
They always did really well with the music for KH but KH3 seems to be full of emotion.
At times it almost sounds like a waltz. Interesting when you consider that “Xigbar” from DDD’s OST is a waltz arrangement of the Org13 theme. Musical foreshadowing of Luxu?
Waltz are in 3 and this doesn't sound like it's in 3 unless I am mistaken or misunderstanding...
I also noticed that the "Organization XIII" melody that play's during his first appearance at the Herculese world is the only arrangement with an ominous choir, the rest are simply the same as the other games up untill you make it to the Keyblade Graveyard. Very nice touch to signify's Xigbar's importance.
Listen to Everglow's Cutscene soundtrack rip to know what I mean if you haven't already. That upload is a godsend.
Well guess who was right
You were ahead of your time
I immediately recognized this from when the lantern was floating to form coronas title ,it's the perfect clash between light and dark
Jay you a blessing man these theme from kh3 are so fire...
Someone had to do it, and they was taking to long. I needed this myself
i always listen to this when i play graveyard keeper it fits quite well with the atmosphere of that game
Kingdom hearts was majestic
Call me crazy but the running scene is kinda satisfying
All those ancient cool-looking keyblades put Sora's to shame.
I kind of wish that when upgrading Starlight, it would change its look just like in Union Cross.
You know, since Sora does get it.
when every single keybblade in the graveyard are cooler than the ones sora uses in game.. -.-
Sleeping Lion and Fernir the two keyblades representing Squall Leonhart and Cloud Strife
I really was hoping for more Final Fantasyish looking Keyblades. Ultima is the only real new weapon that looks like something I was expecting.
@@Zayindjejfj Indeed
No it isn't.
What about the Ultima Weapon?
I’m guessing everyone here went to that map and liked the soundtrack so they searched for it lol
nope, UA-cam recommendations
Hello There! Damn
I did once I finished the game. Once that violin kicked in after that intro, I had goosebumps
I just realized my keyblade is rusting away in there a testament of my failure...
Who do u think had the kingdom key keyblade before Sora,Roxas, and Xion even had it.
Riku had it but he was to susceptible to the darkness so it moved down the list to Sora's pure heart, and Terra had it first from what I know.
@@dino8396 Which makes you think, how powerful is Riku? He was able to take it back from Sora, who had 3 hearts, 2 of pure light, and his which mostly had light.
@@dino8396 Who had it before terra though?
When 1:15 stroke I felt that
Xigbar revealing his true purpose at the end kinda made up for the lack of final fantasy characters game felt emptier than cyberpunk
I wonder exactly how many keyblade wielders died during the keybalde war
Ever@ I know and that really adds a little bit of sadness knowing that eventually the Character you made will die along with thousands others
Ever@ also man I also feel sorry for both your chirithy and strlitzia. And her chirithy
Judging by the HUGE gouges carved out of a few mountains and impact craters the size of which puts meteors to shame from, I'm assuming, the amount of power being thrown around, I'd put it somewhere in the neighborhood of between 'a fuckton' and 'all of them'. :p
Do we even want to know the answer to that?
Death-toll of that accursed war might be in the millions; bare minimum.
I am the bone of my key.....
..So as I pray..

That you pacha? 😁
its the beginning until 0:51 wich is the best part!
Sora for smash this will be a great stage and theme
This and hollow bastion would be awesome stages
I'd say Destiny Islands considering it is Sora's home and that's where the original game began but hey those also work too
@@yunikohh excellent news for you my friend

This is the theme song to all of my nightmares
Lets be honest.
We were all looking forward to seeing Sora here ever since the BBS secret video at the end of KH2FM 😁😁
Awesome, but what happened at 9:27?
guessing copyright issues
I found myself not caring for ANY of the background music in the Pixar worlds... All of the other games each song stood out but I didn't care for any of them this time around. Finally I finished the Disney worlds and when I got to the last few game exclusive worlds like this and the final world I was like YES... This is what I was waiting for!
@@Darakudemon tangled isnt pixar. However, the toy box theme is catchy considering you had a friend in me.
AdamRonaldo1903 oh man I got so sick and tired of hearing the you got a friend in me on loop over and over lol
CarolsVideos yeah still pissed me off that KH3 is all about the damn Disney movies and Pixar, instead of actual KH lore
Are you really dissing you've got a friend in me?
@@leonardopurpose3157 that's a lie

*Welcome... To where the world died.*
Love this theme more than BBS’s, but like BBS the world itself was so small. The Labyrinth was a cool way to add something new, but I wish we could explored some of those open areas shown in the background when you first arrive there as each character in BBS.
Also, the same Badlands area that you fought Terra’s Lingering Will in KH2FM & Vanitas’s Lingering Spirit in BBS isn’t here either. Maybe in ReMIND they can have a Battlegate to warp to that area to fight someone like Sephiroth? That would be AMAZING! I know the FF characters’ stories continue in the Dissidia games, but adding him just for kicks since KH1 & 2 had him would be EPIC, especially since Dark Inferno wasn’t amazingly difficult compared to other Secret Bosses, but he was definitely the most challenging boss in the entire game thus far (before ReMind comes out).
Well it is just a deserted wasteland so not much to explore in the world itself
MrPerfect2000Z Perhaps, but even BBS has enemies to fight via Unversed in tornados. You’d think there’d be some Heartless, Unversed, and Nobodies for that matter crawling around places to wear the Guardians of Light down just a little more. Or at least have them spawn once you get to Scala or have beaten the game.
Makes me wonder why Xehanort never tried to recruit Sephirot to be one of the XIII, since he's one of the strongest darkness users.
@@est.sar.9276 I mean given the context of Smash, why wasn't fucking GANONDORF, the literal KING OF DARKNESS, approached, as I'm sure Xehanort has his ways of hearing about people like him...
Ayyyy it's the Skein of Severance version
Is there another ?
The one that doesn't start with the organ
Dan Yami in kh3 it always has the organs at the beginning. You may just be listening to incomplete ver.s
Nah man, when I go into the graveyard it plays without the organ, when I go to the Skein it has the organ
@@DanYami Yeah, true. Just noticed it myself. Most videos have the version without the organ. Things get real grim at the Skein.
0:00 sounds like a clock
Ironic considering this place is basically the remnants of the past keybalde wielders. And the fact that luxu and young Xehanort are present
It’s night already?
And then they changed the sky after Xehanort wins from greyed out sky to sunrise/sunset, which irks me a bit.
want ma fenrir back
I bought a PS4 to re-play it.
I might be thinking to hard but what’s fenrir in the keyblade graveyard I mean I supposed to be based on cloud’s motorcycle but this keyblade long existed before cloud was born

Sooo..... I don't think this was touched on but was it at all explained where the heck the Skein of remembrance or whatever that maze was called was all about? Like, why was that giant maze there underneath the Keyblade Graveyard and why has Xehanort neither mentioned it or used it in his previous battle with Terra Aqua / Ven and just in general it was kinda random I guess.. Am looking for answers to this if anyone's got any lol
I'm honestly just as stumped as you man, there is no mention of this structure anywhere. Weirdly enough, at the end of the game, the graveyard is back to what is was before, as if Xehanort transforming the land never happened. I don't think anyone knows an answer lol.
@@thefruityking6722 Master Xehanort in his debut secret movie trailer was creating mountains with the flick of his hand and you're surprised he can make a labrinyth? I mean even Larxene can create those. She probably got the Ability to do so due to her being norted. As for why it disappears after the battle, who knows? Xehanorts mountains from BBS also disappeared in KH3 and they were created around the same spot as the Skein of Severance.
The Keyblade Graveyard can apparently Auto reset itself.
@@meteornome2556 well no creating a mountain with the flick of a hand is very different from creating a complex labyrinth… one involves just earth bending, essentially pushing the earth up, while the other requires a lot more which it wasn’t clarified if he created it or it was already there and he just brought it up from the ground… sooooo
it would make sense for soras keyblade to be here both here and in bbs if he rlly did time travel
Is it just me or at times like 4:27, there seems to be a bit of morse code on the background?
Darkness
man this is really Xehanorts and kingdom hearts theme for me!! fuck yeee
If you Played Union X, this song is even sadder
Imagine if this is the cliffside where The Smashers first confronted Galeem... Perhaps the events of KH3 and the summoning and attempted corruption of Kingdom Hearts itself caused this strange sentinel of "light" to emerge, almost like an ancient omniversal failsafe, but from where? And who is this Dharkon then? Many sides, of many stories... Kingdom Hearts III.5: Door to Chaos, Nintendo Exclusive...

Dun,dun,..dundundun
9:26 audio error
Who is at fault with what?
2:40 3:00 3:09
Birth by sleep really captured the sound of death all around better then them re making this
Sorry but I kinda like the old version
But it’s still pretty good
Both versions worked well for their respective game. With BBS, the graveyard was new and mysterious, we knew nothing about it except it's the fated land where keyblade wielders clashed, and that version really encapsulated that, especially knowing the fact that you know the only people there were Xehanort, Vanitas, Ven, Aqua, Terra, and Mickey.
This version captures more of the gravitas of what is to come. We have the lore, we know what exactly happened here in the past, it still contains an air of mystery with the flutes, organ, and piano, but the violins and brass add to a foreboding that an intense battle is about to unfold like we haven't seen. It feels like a culmination of what we've been building up to and it's tense because you have two conflicting atmospheres in one song working in harmony.
I agree to a certain point cuz this version has glimmers of hope and destiny mixed into it, where as BBS had despair and agony twisted all through it, almost like watching your death happen and not being able to do anything about it.
Bbs was more of a feeling of despair while the third game was more a feeling of determination if anything
Somehow the begining sound Kinda same Like Naruto Akatsuki theme
Now we can finally listen to this without fucking Donald and goofy yelling lol
No one:
Not a single soul

One of the few good tracks in the game. Shoulda just called the game 'Disneys Pixar Hearts'. Not to mention how Disney fucked over any chance on FF characters returning.
Tangled and Corona had great tracks.
Final World soundtrack was great as well, all of them were great, thought nothing else could beat it...
And then Scala Chad Caelum started playing...
Re:Mind might've changed your mind about FF characters. They're back.
Not bad , but i still prefer the one from BBS
ItzSebas I’m glad it changed this time around like the added violins makes it better in a way since we know the final battle is near so sort of feeling whereas in bbs it was more like doom and gloom considering what happened to the way finder trio there!
@@ItzSebas1550 BBS was amazing, but this one captures that "the end is near" feel to it. Plus, with Sora and all his friends practically dying from an enemy that was way more powerful than they anticipated.
I hear you...but the way in feel them both..the original is the scene of a past tragedy where as this one is telling you it's the same place but this time some shit is about to go down
One of the few good things to take away from KHIII...
