- Apologies for the singing, zooming & focus issues but enjoying myself came first, video second. These hits were glorious to hear again. And Joe is UNREAL. Nailed the spirit of them while adding his own flavor. Here's hoping for another tour in '25 or '26
I appreciate that Sammy is older now. There’s not much road left. He’s still out there doing it. As a singer at his age…..that’s tough. I give him all the credit in the world for doing this. Those songs weren’t easy to sing BACK THEN much less NOW!
I hope Mikey is enjoying this ride. Alex and Dave retired. Eddie is gone. Wolfie is doing his own thing. Mikey’s been carrying VH banner from the beginning, despite being treated like shit. He carries it still. Proudly. That’s a solid dude. Salute to you Michael Anthony. 🍺
Dallas, Texas. August 22. 🤙🏼
you hit it right man
Guitar tone is gigantic. Wow.
So thick… Joe crushed it 👌🏼
Exact Eddie tone
Wow can Michael Anthony still sing! This sounds really good. Much better than the Stern show stuff. Practice makes a lot of difference, even for the pros.
This brings me so much joy. Thank you for posting.
Great to hear all these songs. Is this the EVH tribute concert tour that's been talked about for ages?
Sound really good for their age.
So, who is the keyboardist?
Rai Thistlethwayte, who's been a part of Satriani's touring band for several years and the lead singer and primary songwriter for the Australian pop-rock band Thirsty Merc. He also performs solo under the name Sun Rai and in jazz bands with a wide variety of artists. Uber-talented

@MarkWilsonTV he's a brilliant musician. Check out Thirsty Merc - emancipate myself and my completeness. He writes the songs, sings, and plays guitar (also writes and records the keyboards).
Joe needs to stop that high harmonic pull up squeal.
Gets tiring like Zach’s pinch harmonics every 3 notes.

Totally.
Also Phil Collen from Def Leppard with his sustainer dive bombs.
sad
