To my knowledge, they are still working on patches. I have no clue how long each patch will take but I can guaranteed the main devs are working on that.
Trust me, if there WERE plans for the franchise in the future, I'd have to keep quiet, but it says on the game page that this is it, no more beyond patches from here for the series

watched the entire thing in late-night, big mistake it's so chaotic and things were firing off left and right with cutscenes about shitty people to fighting an abomination, and the ending is where i finally lost it after that, i said ".. what the fuck has just happened???" will try this game out despite the fact that i haven't tried FNAF games before god this game is such a rollercoaster, it can even somehow give you "PTSD" like that protagonist too...
