Ian worked and studied at a bronze casting foundry as a young man, where he learned to create models, armatures, molds and finished sculptural artwork in all mediums and finishes. Ian is fascinated by the artistic process of sculpture. He brings this knowledge to his car customizations, to his Full Custom Garage TV show audience, and now he brings it to you, his growing UA-cam audience.

In the early 70’s I worked in a large aluminum factory in Cleveland. You saw some middle aged guys that looked pretty thin. But no older people. Aluminum never gets absorbed by the body. Some types of steel turns to rust in your body. My uncle worked at J&L steel in Pittsburgh. He was ok.

Juat a thought, maybe you can make the body hinged with a latch so. You can tilt body back. Maybe 45 degrees for easy access and exit
Looks awesome definitely going in the rite direction

I like the way Jaime announced the “chrome shot” so we film critics couldn’t accuse her of sloppy videoing.

for the siding panels check into a local refrigerator repair shop for walk in coolers, the coolers are segmented either in brushed stainless or Brushed aluminum skins and can be had for like $10 - $15 a panel and a panel can be 6' x 8' or larger I added this part ... each panel will yield 2 sheets, somewhere there is a warehouse chock full of them and the internals are solid core foam which you can also use for like R30 rating insulation or do what my brother did and use it to make a soundproof air compressor cabinet, anyways the skin can be pulled from the foamcore relatively easily and is a great sheet metal supply for pennies on the dollar
